The following are pictures of some of the teachers and administrators
of SBHS during the 1971 - 1972 school year. They will never be forgotten.
The Principal of SBHS in 1972 was Ivan B. Bratton.
There were two Vice Principals,
Daniel King and Gerald Shepard.
Helen Bogatin was my senior year counselor. Unforgettable.
The SBHS support staff in 1972 were always helpful,
especially Donna Roth,
who was Principal Bratton's secretary.
Leonard Anderson, the band teacher, looks fairly
conservative in his formal
staff photo above lower left, but that's also him with the longer hair talking
with Vice Principal Shepard on the right.
A modeling group I was part of during my senior
year did a fashion show in
Los Angeles for the Governor's Convention. We modeled in conjunction
with Ebony Fashion Flair (Ebony Magazine). The governor at the time was
Ronald Reagan.
